Bull Bitcoin is a non-custodial, Bitcoin-only exchange and payments platform. Designing their web application was exciting to me. It is an example of complex transactions that we were able to make simple for our users.

The web application offers different type of transactions:

- Buy and sell Bitcoin
- Cash deposit and withdraw
- Payment in fiat with Bitcoin
- Getting paid with Bitcoin
- Payment of a Bitcoin invoice
- Payroll deposit in Bitcoin
- Transfer between Bull Bitcoin users
- Fiat currency exchange

The marketing website for Bull Bitcoin provides high-level explanations of Bull Bitcoin’s ethos and its services as a non-custodial, Bitcoin-only exchange.

With Eyegroove 4.0 we iterated on our social model, moving from a model based on people’s ability to craft beautiful videos to a model where content is organized by people. We de-emphasized public sharing to focus on automated creation and private chats.

I had the opportunity to be part of the team that initially designed the Facebook Camera + Stories, from lockdown to launch, and later growth.

As the only lead designer at Eyegroove, I had the opportunity to design several versions of its product, including feed, comments, likes, follows, discovery, search, hashtag surfaces and promotions, recording and editing flow, effects, music selection including scrubber, profile pages, as well as its brand and marketing materials. Eyegroove was acquired by Facebook.

I love creating tools for people to express themselves. As the lead product designer at Eyegroove I had the opportunity to do just that. Enjoy these effects i designed and how our users engaged with them.

HealthTap hired me to re-brand the company (including a new logo) as well as re-imagine and re-design its website so that it aligns with its new FeelGood message. 

Since 2011 Stanford has given me the opportunity to experiment both visually and conceptually with this old medium. Each poster is a forum in which I try new possibilities in image creation—typography, collage, colors, photography, and so forth. Each poster also requires a unique conceptual solution.

I was asked to join dot429 as Creative Director to build and manage its creative department, accelerate its brand identity, and launch FourTwoNine, a life-style magazine that exists in the intersection of fashion and literature. 

For Efficient Frontier's brand identity and product marketing architecture, I worked collaborative with product marketing, strategy, and sales teams to design a comprehensive set of marketing materials, including sales decks, spec sheets, website, infographics, Facebook pages, and webinars on social media marketing and ad optimization. The entire project included brand guidelines, illustrations and iconography, UI design, naming, advertisement, and product design.

Expanding on the well-known Adobe mnemonics, I collaborated with the Adobe Studio and Tolleson to create these expressive, award-winning identity images for the Creative Cloud suite. The identities were then used on website, packaging, social media, and other marketing materials. 

Leveraging the social media experience acquired at Context Optional, I arrived at Adobe just in time to rollout its CS6 campaign onto YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

When Stanford's biological preserve Jasper Ridge engaged me to design their 2012 annual report, several aspects of the project excited me: working with PhDs in visualizing scientific research; creating a marketing piece to help fundraising for an ecological sanctuary; and working with Jasper Ridge's amazing photo library. My approach was to let the beauty of the nature photography speak for itself. 

This small, fun assignment for the Adobe Illustrator marketing team allowed me to be expressive in creating an intricate pattern.

Conversion happens in the NewsFeed. For this social media campaign geared toward marketers, I designed and turned an infographic into infobits to catch people's attention where they are most engaged, on their feeds.
